Delcastle Learning Center

Practice Facility

The Delcastle Learning Center is located on Millcreek Road, adjacent to the Delcastle Golf Course. The golf center can be the perfect place for a family to spend a few hours of quality time or simply a place to improve your golf swing.

The Learning Center is a lighted facility and the driving range consists of 64 tee stations with brand NEW Mats as well as two large grass tees for practicing.  The range balls are brand NEW and cleaned daily after each season.

The miniature golf course, nestled directly next to the driving range, comes with NEW carpet, putters and mini golf balls.  The course has rolling terrain, waterfalls, ponds, animals, and several other obstacles to challenge anyone's putting skills. 

A large gazebo is available for picnics, birthday parties, or for a place to just sit and relax.


Golf Instruction

Peter Thien, Director of Instruction has been a Professional involved with golf instruction for 25 years.  Peter teaches students at all levels; from the absolute beginner, to club champions, juniors, and adults.  His teaching philosophy does not change in terms of swing mechanics, but will adapt to each individual depending on their goals and capabilities. Stressing the short game and putting are also emphasized to maximize scoring potential. You can find Peter's helpful golf hints published in the May 1987 Issue of Golf Digest.
